hotel policyEach villa can only accommodate two people,
• Children under 16 years old are not accepted,
• Our check-in time is between 2pm and 5pm and our check-out time is before noon,
• Earlier and later check-in can be arranged at an extra cost of 1500thbs,
• Late check-out can be arranged from the villa at no cost if feasible and in all cases guests may wait on the property,
• The traditions and the law of Thailand prohibits partial or full nudity on the areas on or around the beach,
• All check-ins are subject by law and in-house rules to a picture of a valid passport and signature of our in house rules and
terms and conditions at the first meeting with the guests (it is our sole check-in step taking only 2 minutes), our terms
and conditions are available in advance on request.
